Four department Issued Joint Notice on the Lifting of Isolation in Seven Avian Influenza Infected Provinces (Notice No. 7) |

The Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture, Customs General Administration, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine on Feb. 27 declared initial-stage victory in the fight against Avian Influenza, saying seven provinces had been removed from the list of Avian Influenza infected areas. The seven provinces are Guangxi, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hunan, Anhui, Xinjiang. As a result, the entry and exit of poultry and poultry products in these areas will be recovered. |
