SUMMARY: In order to further standardizing health related products including health food,  cosmetics, disinfector, etc., make following provisions:

•         Domestic products that transfer to foreign products or consigned to foreign manufacturers should apply for new certificates as imported products.
•        Imported products which transfer to domestic products of consigned to domestic manufacturers should apply for new certificates as domestic products.
•        Enterprises who lost the certificates and apply for new ones should submit application forms and disclosed loss statement.
•        Products whose approval certificates as health drug have been recalled may apply approval certificates as health food, on condition that they comply with related provisions for health food
