On Jun. 30, 2004, Zheng Xiaoyu, Commissioner of State Food and Drug Administration issued Decision on Revision, Abolishment and Reservation of Administrative Regulations Concerning Administrative Examination and Approval, which is codified as the Order No. 8 of the State Food and Drug Administration. Information related to Revision, Abolishment and Reservation of Administrative Regulations Concerning Administrative Examination and Approval is disclosed. According to this decision, in case of any inconsistence between current administrative regulations and the newly implemented Administrative License Law, the later shall prevail. (2004-07-05)
