Recently, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Standardization Committee jointly issued a notification on issues concerning the implementation of three compulsory national standards for infant formula. Notification also described specific requirements on the permissive deviation, nadir and max of the labeled nutritional ingredient value. (2004-07-12)
